Privacy & learning records

What Praxis records

Your LearnAdapt account identifies your saved projects. Praxis stores cohort membership, written responses, specifications and versions, coaching questions and responses, prototype links, uploaded build evidence and file fingerprints, extracted text or sampled video frames, browser-test results and captures, validation observations, assessment responses and assistance disclosures, facilitator reviews and activity timestamps.

Who can see learning work

You can access your projects. The owner of a cohort can review projects associated with that cohort. Platform administrators operate the underlying service. A personal project is not placed into a facilitator cohort automatically.

AI processing

When you request coaching, the course challenge and policy, your reflection, specification, recent hints and coaching question are sent to the configured AI service. The LearnAdapt runtime supports OpenAI and Google Gemini. When you explicitly request an evidence review, selected extracted text, images or sampled video frames, relevant browser-test observations and task/rubric context are sent to OpenAI. The review is a provisional suggestion for human consideration. Do not submit confidential workplace information, personal records or information you lack permission to share.

Prototype testing

When you request browser tests, an isolated Praxis runner visits the supplied public HTTPS build and performs your test steps. Use an authorised test environment and synthetic data. Optional test credentials are used for that run and are not stored in the learning record. Target websites may retain their own access logs. Browser results show only the behaviour observed under the supplied conditions.

Control and retention

Use project export to obtain a copy and Delete project to remove its project record and stored evidence files from the active application database. Account support and questions about infrastructure logs or backups can be directed to Nizam Kadir; deleting a project does not promise immediate removal from backups. Project records otherwise remain until deleted or an agreed programme retention process removes them.

Separate research consent

Using Praxis does not enrol you in a research study. Any study must provide separate information and consent arrangements. The demonstration uses device-local fictional records and does not create a learner research record.
